Shipping policy

1.1 For Alfasigma USA products purchased from our site, orders received by 3 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm Eastern Time, will be processed on the next shipping day. Check the individual product ordering page for specific delivery options. As applicable, you must pay all shipping and handling costs specified during the ordering process. You must provide an actual street address for all orders. Alfasigma USA only ships product orders within the United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses since we cannot guarantee UPS delivery.

1.2 Although we do not require a signature for delivery, it is at the discretion of the UPS driver to leave a package at your door. Title and risk of loss for the product pass to you upon our transfer of the product to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Alfasigma USA is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Shipping charges may apply to orders returned to us as undeliverable or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address.
